CONCUSSION CAMP

Get your head right.

WHAT TO EXPECT

If you’re recovering from a concussion, post-concussion syndrome, whiplash, CFS, or dealing with persistent brain fog, this treatment is designed to support your recovery and manage your specific symptoms.

We focus on both the head and the abdomen, because inflammation and nervous system stress in one affects the other. The session includes gentle abdominal massage to calm the gut and support digestion—an essential part of reducing overall inflammation. This is combined with lymphatic drainage for the face and neck, along with an intra-oral component to help release deeper tension and encourage fluid movement through the head and jaw.

By supporting gut health, improving lymphatic flow, and reducing chronic muscle tension, this treatment can help ease symptoms like headaches, brain fog, vertigo, fatigue, facial pressure, and emotional overwhelm. It’s also helpful for conditions like chronic sinus congestion, allergies, and Long Covid, where the immune and nervous systems need ongoing support. This is a gentle, supportive therapy to help with complex issues; a series of treatments is recommended for best results.

TESTIMONIALS

“I took a pretty bad head hit playing football five years ago, and I’ve been dealing with the fallout ever since -brain fog, migraines, vertigo. Some days it’s been bad enough that I’ve had to call in sick or just lay low for a few days. Working with Sophie has seriously changed the game for me. Her treatments are super targeted to what I’ve got going on (and trust me, it’s a long list), and I’ve never felt more seen or supported in my recovery.

My migraines have dropped off big time and I feel noticeably clearer mentally after each session. The treatment is different from anything I’ve tried. It took a minute to get used to the intraoral work (yep, hands in the mouth), but now I tell every athlete I know with concussion or whiplash issues to go see her.

Sophie’s also helped me build a solid at-home routine to support long-term recovery. She really knows her stuff, and I’m grateful.

Thanks, Sophie.”  - S., 27
