BELLY + BUCCAL
Why choose?
WHAT TO EXPECT
No need to pick just one! This treatment brings together three powerful techniques — gut work, lymphatic drainage and buccal (intra-oral) facial massage — for a full-body reset that starts in the belly and works all the way up to the face.
We’ll start with gentle, rhythmic work over your abdomen to help move lymph, reduce bloating, and support your digestive system. It’s a great way to ease water retention, calm the nervous system, and get things flowing if you’re feeling a bit stuck or sluggish.
Then we shift focus to the face, combining sculpting, lymphatic drainage, and buccal massage. Working through the face, jaw, neck, and chest, I’ll assess where things need to be released or reactivated. The intra-oral part allows access to the deeper facial muscles that can’t be reached from the outside—ideal for easing jaw tension, lifting puffiness, and improving circulation.

TESTIMONIALS
“Just had my first session with Sophie, she is so professional. I was briefed on exactly how the massage would be performed, all my questions were answered, and the aftermath of the massage left me without words. I was relaxed, stress-free and felt so happy the entire day and evening after my session. I strongly recommend Sophie and lymphatic massage. Thanks Sophie!” - P., 56
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Buccal massage involves massaging the inside of the cheeks (with gloves on) to release tension in the deep facial muscles. It’s not painful, but you may feel some areas of tightness. Most people find it surprisingly relaxing and feel noticeably lighter afterwards.

It’s best to avoid a heavy meal right before your appointment. Be prepared to remove your jewelry. Little to no makeup is best; if you don't have time to remove it that's no problem, but know it will get partly removed or disturbed from the facial treatment. Stay hydrated before and after to support your lymphatic system. Please make sure your intake forms are completed accurately.

Yes, but timing is important.
Botox: Please wait 2 weeks before getting treatment. After that, this massage is highly recommended to support circulation and integration.
Dermal Fillers: Wait at least 1 month. During treatment, stimulating techniques will be modified to respect filler placement.
PDO Threads: Wait 6 months—stimulating massage techniques will be omitted entirely.
Microneedling: Wait 10 days to allow the skin barrier to fully recover.
Laser Treatments: Wait at least 2 weeks, or longer if advised by your provider.

Not necessary unless you’re feeling extra sensitive. In fact, lymphatic drainage can help with period-related bloating, pain, and fatigue. I’ll do a thorough assessment of your belly first to make sure we keep a comfortable pressure.

You will be fully covered during the face portion, with the sheet to just below your collarbones.
For the abdominal part, your chest will be covered, and the sheet will come down to your hips so I have access to your abdomen. If you wear high-waisted underwear, I'll ask you to remove them so I have full access to your belly.

You may have a flushed glow afterwards, and some short-term fluid retention in your face in response to the stimulatory/lifting work. This is normal and will resolve by the next day.
The abdominal lymphatic work may leave you feeling more thirsty and slightly more tired towards the end of the day, although some folks notice an immediate energy boost.
I’ll give you details on homecare after the session.
